#177 When the PAST takes HOLD

On last week's show, one of the things that I talked about was how we can get stuck in this loop of convincing ourselves that we'll never succeed because we've “always failed” in the past.  It was in the context of living with an “all or nothing” mindset, which that, in and of itself, can be an example of letting the past take hold of the present.

Wow, okay, trying to gather my thoughts here.
