Mon
Join instructor Olivia Porada for a high energy Kick It by Eliza class! Kick It is a music-driven, kickboxing-inspired fitness method with 13 rounds. The class brings high intensity interval training with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components and a meditative cool down. All levels welcome!
Full body workout using weights and resistance to build strength, stability, and stamina. Focus on form, core engagement, and finding your personal challenge point!
Tues
This class covers it all with multiple sets of:
- Low impact cardio
- Core
- Strength
- Stretching
We will use a variety of props including light weights, resistance bands, and small fitness balls.
The classic Get Lively sweat fest working your entire body with circuits and drills to build strength and cardio endurance. Utilizing the best and most effective fitness equipment for an extra lively experience!
Weds
Full body workout using weights and resistance to build strength, stability, and stamina. Focus on form, core engagement, and finding your personal challenge point!
This is a mat-based class that uses the principles of Pilates, coupled with functional movement, for a core-strengthening, body-lengthening, and stability-building workout. This class will utilize various props, including therabands, lateral resistance bands, small fitness balls, and light weights, and it is also offered virtually.
The classic Get Lively sweat fest working your entire body with circuits and drills to build strength and cardio endurance. Utilizing the best and most effective fitness equipment for an extra lively experience!
Thurs
Bring on ALL the bells with Gripbells, Kettlebells, and Dumbbells for a strength workout like no other. Work through strength reps and cardio drills utilizing the bells for a true full body burn.
Fri
Following the classic Tabata style of training with 8 rounds of 20/10 intervals, progressively build and challenge your body in this fast moving and sweat inducing workout.
Sat
The classic Get Lively sweat fest working your entire body with circuits and drills to build strength and cardio endurance. Utilizing the best and most effective fitness equipment for an extra lively experience!

What if I’m really out of shape?
We hear clients say all the time: “I want to come to class, but I need to get in shape first.”
Well, that’s why we are HERE, to help you do just that! You will see a RANGE of sizes, shapes, ages, and abilities in our classes, that’s why we love our crew, we all show up and our trainers offer lots of options so you can always find a variation that works for you!
Most of the people in the studio are in the same place you are at right now. Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, out of shape, and nervous about taking that first class. Here’s the difference: they are all now here, and you could be too.
How often do I have to come?
We recommend that you “Get Lively” 3x a week with us and our energetic community.
If you do this, we guarantee you will find your way to consistency, you will get stronger, and you will start smiling more!
Are there other people like me there?
Our studio leans towards the over 40 crowd, but the full age range of our clients is 20s to 70s. Most of our clients are women, but we also have a few brave men, who enjoy our classes.
What if I'm too busy to get fit?
Yes, you are busy, that’s never going to change. Wouldn’t it be better to be busy and feel stronger, healthier and more confident? Give it a go with a 2-week trial!
