#189: Simple Lifestyle Lessons

As we dive deep into summer, I wanted to share some of the very simple “Lifestyle Lessons” that came out of our 12 week Lifestyle program that wrapped earlier this month.

One of the themes that bubbles up time and time again when I do these types of programs is this:

It's not as complicated as I make it out to be and it's not as hard as I thought it would be.

It's really true. We have been so influenced by the diet culture of our society, that we lose sight of how simple it can be to make good choices and how it does NOT need to be “so hard” to live a healthy lifestyle.
