Join instructor Olivia Porada for a high energy Kick It by Eliza class! Kick It is a music-driven, kickboxing-inspired fitness method with 13 rounds. The class brings high intensity interval training with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components and a meditative cool down. All levels welcome!
Full body workout using weights and resistance to build strength, stability, and stamina. Focus on form, core engagement, and finding your personal challenge point!
Tues
This class covers it all with multiple sets of:
- Low impact cardio
- Core
- Strength
- Stretching
We will use a variety of props including light weights, resistance bands, and small fitness balls.

Weds
Full body workout using weights and resistance to build strength, stability, and stamina. Focus on form, core engagement, and finding your personal challenge point!
This is a mat-based class that uses the principles of Pilates, coupled with functional movement, for a core-strengthening, body-lengthening, and stability-building workout. This class will utilize various props, including therabands, lateral resistance bands, small fitness balls, and light weights, and it is also offered virtually.

Thurs
Bring on ALL the bells with Gripbells, Kettlebells, and Dumbbells for a strength workout like no other. Work through strength reps and cardio drills utilizing the bells for a true full body burn.
Fri
Following the classic Tabata style of training with 8 rounds of 20/10 intervals, progressively build and challenge your body in this fast moving and sweat inducing workout.
Sat
