#266: Why we don’t need to hold on so tightly.

You see, my friends, I'm a WORLD CLASS gripper.

I grip onto experiences like my life depends upon it.

When I experience something fun, positive, kind, funny, or heartfelt – I want it to keep happening.  I grip onto that experience and I want more.

This isn't necessarily news to me, as I pretty much know this about myself, but part of a passage in The Daily Stoic really brought this to light for me.
