Maybe you've seen the trailer for the Top Gun sequel and maybe you noticed that Tom Cruise basically looks the SAME as he did 30 years ago.  Well, good for him, that's great, but how unrealistic is it for the vast majority of us to NOT AGE?  It's not! And in today's episode I'm sharing a not-so-proud reaction moment and why we all need to let ourselves off the hook.
