#301: How to get the pedals moving on that bike of life.

Here's the deal: I found myself on a Monday morning, after a long weekend, STRUGGLING to get myself moving… struggling to engage in my routine, struggling to get the pedals moving on what I was calling the “bicycle of life”.

So I listened to a podcast, and a meditation, and then another meditation, and then I played with the cats while the to-do list continued to haunt me.

I was looking for directions, someone to tell me what to do, motivation to MAKE it happen.

And then one of the messages I listened to on one of the meditations clicked.
