#237: Feeling the Ceiling

So… I've been listening to a ton of podcasts about growth these past few weeks. Growth and what we believe we are capable of achieving.

I was saying to someone the other day that I was feeling like all I was seeing was my (perceived) limitations.  Not a fun way to think.  When I get in that head space, I feel myself bumping into an imaginary ceiling and feeling so confined.

So as this conversation went on, I said:  I want to PUNCH THROUGH THIS MADE UP CEILING!

She said: so why don't you?

And so I began to focus on THAT.  Punching the living hell out of this imaginary ceiling I had placed over my head.

LOTS more chatter on this topic on this week's show.
