#302: When Mornings Get Dark Again

So I find myself on the couch at 5am this morning, but it's DARK.

Oh how this transition can be tough… you see (probably no surprise), I LOVE early mornings. Let me rephrase that, I love early mornings when the sun gets up with me and enjoys my coffee alongside me.

But this week that changed.  Doesn't it feel like we flip the calendar to August and suddenly it's getting dark again?

This might sound silly, but this is the type of stuff that would really raddle me.

The change in light, in season, in routine from the summer months used to really be tough for me. In this week's episode, I share how these changes no longer affect me.
