I watched a docuseries called: Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones, on Netflix.
I first learned about the “blue zones” about a decade ago while studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. If you are not familiar with the phrase, it's the five areas around the globe where people live/or have lived, much higher than average. So basically, much higher percentages of people living into 100 and beyond.
This week's show and email are basically my reaction to what I saw, heard, and learned. I'm not even sure how to process it all, but I do want to share my thoughts.
