This month we are talking all about change. Why we resist change. Why we fear it. In last week's show (episode 8) I shared my story about making the change from a 12 year career in fundraising and event planning to starting my own health and fitness practice. I talked about what held me back for so long and how I resisted making this change and how I was eventually led to take the leap.
This week we are going to dig deeper into that fear and talk about WHY I was so scared, and if you desire to change something in your life, why you might be scared too.
We are going to get into why we focus on fear and what we are going to LOSE when embarking on change versus what we have to GAIN.
