Do you make time for self reflection?  Do you make the time to ask yourself questions and give yourself the space to receive the answers?  I came across some great questions for self reflection in “The Well Life” (referenced below) and I've distilled them down to the 5 things you must ask yourself now if you want to bring more JOY into your life.

1. At the end of your life, what do you want to have accomplished?

2. If you knew you only had one year left to live, what would you want to a fix or clean up?

3. What are you ready to let go of?  Habits, attitudes, obligations, beliefs, behaviors, outdated goals…

4. When have you been most proud of yourself?

5. What would make life feel ridiculously more FUN?
