Last week I asked if you, like me, felt like you were drowning in “what if” scenarios.

I shared my current “what if” list and the cycle it was playing in my brain like when you have a playlist on endless loop.

So I posed the question to myself – and to you – how can I shift to pondering scenarios that ARE in my control?  Specifically, I asked myself these two questions that opened my eyes.
