#247: On the Mend Post Surgery

I received an AMAZING amount of support, gifts, and love from my Get Lively crew leading up to my surgery, but I have to admit that I felt GUILTY about that.

And that brings me to the first thing I wanted to share…

WHY DO WE INSIST ON JUST PUSHING THROUGH PAIN AND FEELING GUILTY WHEN PEOPLE SUPPORT US?!?!?

I guess the old adage rings true that so often it's easier to GIVE than it is to RECEIVE.

So many lessons to take from this.  And so much gratitude for you all.

And so there's LOTS more in my head, but I'll let you head over to the podcast for those stories…
