#251: I didn’t trust myself.

As I continue to ease back into my “normal life” and recover from surgery, I've been having many thoughts and experiences that are helping me to better understand me.

This week it's been a big one – like knocking myself in the head repeatedly, kind of big…

And here it is:

I don't really TRUST myself.

I'm realizing that…

I don't always trust myself around food.

I don't necessarily trust myself to make decisions in my business.

I'm not sure that I trust that my body will heal.

YIKES!!!

But also AMEN as I never realized how little I trust myself.

And so I've been practicing trusting myself.
