#186: Am I judging you or are you judging me?

How many times have you uttered, thought, or felt judgement?

In this week's podcast, I share some personal examples of feeling judged and when I've found myself judging others… be sure to give it a listen, but I'll provide a brief summary:

  1. All we accomplish when judgement is spinning through our heads is robbing ourselves of the experience at hand.
  2. When you think you are being judged by someone, most likely they think you are judging them, so you basically cancel each other out and again, rob yourself of the experience of being together.
  3. We need to stand confident in our own decisions and respect the decisions of others. Period, end of sentence. (And yes, I'll be working on this too… but little by little, we'll get there.)
