#105: The Invisible Change that amounts to THIS

“Real change is practically invisible as it's happening.”  This quote by Marie Forleo has been playing out this month in my “Planksgiving” challenge group as we are work towards holding planks for several minutes.  It's the daily increase of 5 or 10 seconds that is getting us closer and closer to the two or four minute mark… and that is the lesson that we are chatting about today.
