#190: How I’m Making This Summer Feel Like Forever

This summer is feeling extra special as our masks are off, our plans are made, and we just want to have some fun.

I want to:

  • be more focused on enjoying the time that I get to spend with people
  • spend less time scrolling through my phone
  • take a nap in the afternoon if I'm tired and don't have anything else to do
  • listen to the birds in the morning
  • look around and see the beauty of what surrounds me
  • go out for ice cream and order the waffle cone
  • forget about feeling self conscious and what a trainer is “supposed” to look like
  • feel like summer lasts forever like I did as a kid and not start feeling like summer is over after the 4th of July
