Second, if you are like, well, most people, you've probably cycled through diet plan after diet plan, gotten on and off track dozens of times, and maybe you've even said your fair shares of: Forget this! I'm eating what I want and will start again Monday. Any of this sound familiar?   Well, congrats, you are in good company.
