If you've ever found yourself feeling alone, disconnected, and not engaged with people, it's probably because of this: we separate ourselves from each other.  It's rarely intentional, but so much of our culture is based on judgement and comparison, that it often happens without us even realizing it.  But “just like a wave can't separate from the ocean” as Marianne Williamson shares in her book: A Return to Love, we humans are all connected, and it's our attempt to separate that causes us harm.
