As the owner of a fitness studio, I always fret over the summer months as business slows way down and I'm not going to lie, it makes me crazy.

So… in my effort to move more like hydraulics this summer (last week's episode reference!) and be less rigid, I'm embracing this time to open the doors to creativity.
