Join us for a real talk session on what actually matters in midlife fitness. We’ll break down the essentials—strength, cardio, and mobility—and how to balance them for better energy, strength, and longevity.

Expect practical advice, myth-busting, and actionable tips, plus some movement-based exercises to put it all into practice. Come dressed to move and leave feeling empowered with a clear path to a fitness routine that works for you!
