Get Lively® Health & Fitness Studio is located at 25 Clarendon Street in Watertown with plenty of parking around our building.

I consider myself so lucky to have been introduced to Jan and her classes, through a friend, a number of years ago. What I love about Jan‘s classes is that she keeps things Interesting, and she keeps things moving… Though I have been in her classes for years, we never repeat the same exercise routine! Jan is friendly, upbeat and motivating and makes people of all levels of fitness feel comfortable in her classes. She helps with modifications with each exercise so that people of all can participate. Jan keeps the music pumping, and classes feel fun. I always feel great leaving Jan’s classes…both because of the work out I’ve just had, but also because of the warm, positive environment she creates in her classes.

Jan’s Get Lively HIIT class is the anchor keeping me accountable and in the best shape of my life! After having kids I found it very difficult to get into any real exercise routine … until I met Jan. In 2016 I learned about her classes, starting working out regularly with her and never looked back. Jan is always present and her mission is to keep our mind, spirit, and physical health in balance. I have never had the same exact routine twice and she keeps things lively during our sessions in a friendly, non-judgmental environment.     • What if I’m really out of shape?

      We hear clients say all the time: “I want to come to class, but I need to get in shape first.”

      Well, that’s why we are HERE, to help you do just that!  You will see a RANGE of sizes, shapes, ages, and abilities in our classes, that’s why we love our crew, we all show up and our trainers offer lots of options so you can always find a variation that works for you!

      Most of the people in the studio are in the same place you are at right now. Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, out of shape, and nervous about taking that first class. Here’s the difference: they are all now here, and you could be too.

    • How often do I have to come?

      We recommend that you “Get Lively”  3x a week with us and our energetic community.

      If you do this, we guarantee you will find your way to consistency, you will get stronger, and you will start smiling more!

    • Are there other people like me there?

      Our studio leans towards the over 40 crowd, but the full age range of our clients is 20s to 70s. Most of our clients are women, but we also have a few brave men, who enjoy our classes.

       

    • What if I'm too busy to get fit?

      Yes, you are busy, that’s never going to change. Wouldn’t it be better to be busy and feel stronger, healthier and more confident? Give it a go with a 2-week trial!
