#198: So this is why I’m so ANXIOUS

Feeling so damn unsettled lately, I started asking myself these questions…

WHY do I have so much anxiety about doing what I KNOW I'm going to do?

WHY can't I REST until I check “the box”?

WHY do I have such a hard time sitting in “the doing”? I'm always trying to get to “the done”!

What these questions made me realize is that I'm not present at all when I'm doing these things. I'm not giving myself the time and space to create and work and life. No, I'm overly focused on “being done.”

In this week's podcast, I go on to share how I plan to PRACTICE being more present.
