This time of year we tend to lose sight of our routines… we can easily become overwhelmed by holiday parties and obligations, and before we know it, we are having cookies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  We don't have to live like this!  We just need to get comfortable in the “gray” area and remember that doing SOMETHING is better than doing NOTHING!  Chatting all about how to do that in this episode.
