#257: What if we stopped looking at it as punishment?

Oh friends, if we could only break this pattern of thinking…

If we could only stop looking at food as “good” or “bad” and as exercise as a way to “burn off” our sins.

It doesn't have to be this way.  We have been led to this way of thinking.

And that means, there are other ways.
