#292: A Gift from my Notebook

This week I'm making a case for why you should keep a notebook or journal to write in.

It's a practice that I'm fairly consistent with and I've got a stack of journals in the back of a closet that hold my history.

But here's the thing… I almost NEVER go back and read them.  They are just shoved in the back of the closet.

Well, for whatever reason this week, I picked up my journal to write something in and decided to flip to the front page.  I was curious when I had started this particular notebook as I was nearing the end of the pages.

The first passage was from September of 2021.
