As a follow up to my body shaming confession in episode 14, today we are talking about releasing the “BS” or body shaming.  Now that we are AWARE that we are doing this, we can begin to consciously create new habits to embrace a love for our bodies.

 

Illustrating exactly how to do this with stories from masters such as Dr. Wayne Dyer and Louise Hay, I'm sharing simple things that you can start doing now to change the dialogue about your body.  It's time, and you are worth it.
