#289: When grief is so confusing.

This week's show is taking a bit of a different turn, but it's very much what is on my mind right now so I thought I'd share.

It's been two years since my dad passed away.  I've talked about it on the show before, but I'm sharing this episode today as I've found myself really struggling the past few weeks.

I've been pretty sad.  At first, I didn't quite get what was going on… I figured the typical hormones gone wild, or the stress of owning a business, and sure, that is likely contributing, but it felt like more.

And it is more.
