#112: Something is ALWAYS better than NOTHING

Why do we get so “black or white” in our lives, particularly as it relates to our health?  Yes, living in our ideal is great, but not always realistic.  As we learn to live more in the “gray” and learn that SOMETHING is always better than NOTHING, the more lively our lives will be.
