As a society we are ADDICTED to instant gratification.  Just think about it? Netflix, Amazon Prime, we get everything that we want WHEN we want it.  So of course that is going to bubble over into our psyches and fuel our expectations related to our health and physical bodies.

But that's not how it works.  Anyone who tells you that you can lose 20 lbs in 20 days and keep it off is selling you something.  Instant gratification doesn't work as it relates to our bodies!  And that is okay.  We've got to get comfortable in that space.  So I'm giving you tips today on how to be okay with this and to learn to be more patient.
