What are the primary “foods” that fuel our lives?  It might not be what you think as they are not the actual food we eat.  Today we discuss what feeds our souls: our relationships, work/purpose, spirituality, and physicality.

 

Exploring these “primary” food groups and understanding our level of satisfaction in these areas helps us to better understand how the actual food we eat can feel like a challenge.
