Oh how life has a glorious way of keeping us in check and keeping us humble.  As a trainer and fitness instructor, I am pretty much always working to keep myself in check and not feel that I have to be THE BEST at every physical activity just because of my profession.  Honestly, this can be hard.  People think because it's my job that I'm the fastest runner or that I can do pull-ups, and well, the truth is, neither of those statements are true.  

Enter my husband's newfound interest in running… I'll tell you all about it as I eat a heaping serving of HUMBLE PIE.
