If you haven't listened to that episode, you can head back to #298 where I explain the concept… but to give a brief synopsis, the idea of cheat day is that you eat really “good” for X amount of days and then have a day where you eat whatever you want.
I find fault with this concept for two reasons, which I share more with you in this week's episode.
