Our routines tend to take a back seat during the summer months that are often filled with vacations, social gatherings, and weekends away.  September can feel daunting as we attempt to “get back into the swing of things” and resume our normal patterns.  Today we will tap into that “cornerstone” in our routines that will serve as our stepping stone to helping to get us back on track with less stress and angst.
