We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients may need to cancel their sessions. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Clients are required to cancel their scheduled session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur the full session fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Thank you for your cooperation.
